Our glorious People's Rulers have devised a magnificent new plan to rebuild the aging Brooklyn-Queens Expressway in such a way as to reduce traffic by removing a lane of traffic. Now to the uninspired simpleton, not intellectually and politically advanced enough to comprehend this plan would make the atrociously insipid argument that removing a lane of traffic would increase and greatly slow traffic on the remaining two lanes. Absolutely not! For as our cosmically intelligent liberal betters have long since known that as building an extra lane on highways causes more cars to spontaneously appear through mechanical abiogenesis, then the contrary must be true that eliminating a lane from the highway will cause cars and trucks to be spontaneously annihilated.

A BQE Panel formed by Our Most Wise and Benevolent Ruler, Mayor de Blasio under the astute leadership of Carlo Scissura has definitively stated that this shall be a monumental improvement in traffic flow as it will allow broken down vehicles or ones involved in a traffic accident a shoulder upon which to await response of the appropriate officials. The return of both way tolls with high speed E-ZPass on the Verrazzano Bridge instead of one double toll with high speed E-ZPass would reduce traffic by some technical means that are so advanced that only Mr. Scissura and his high priests in the construction industry could fathom it. Thus, is the definitive ex-cathedra pronouncement on the matter. All other ideas submitted by the lower orders of the community were summarily disposed of in the circular file amidst some Jovian mirth.

Our masters should be given praise for being gracious enough to at least pretend that they cared what the filthy peasant masses thought and allowed the simpering fools to place their hopelessly simplistic ideas at the feet of their betters. The Official Plan is absolutely the best and shall work flawlessly because our betters have decreed it.

It should not cause any suspicion of a vested interest whatsoever that Mr. Scissura is the president and CEO of the New York Building Congress, an advocacy and lobbying group for the construction industry. That this fellow would be taking a 1.5 mile repair project and ridiculously expanding it to a unnecessary gargantuan project only so he and his buddies in the industry can reap an obscene fortune through crony-capitalism. There should be no censorious conspiracy theories that this is just a crony capitalist and politically powerful construction union feeding frenzy of public monies. The aging 1.5 mile section of the BQE is really in need of repair and it is absolutely necessary to re-construct the entire BQE to make it a 2 lane highway because.... you know.... reasons and stuff, save the planet from global weather change, prevent the return of Noah's flood (as Gaia is wroth at us), the sustainable eco-friendly thingie and more. Why, the whole blasted thing absolutely must be "re-thought", "re-imagined", and "re-worked" not to make consultant fees and allow for politically connected groups to perform endless publicly financed environmental impact, feasibility and planning studies. Not to allow more activist and lobbyist snouts in the public trough to feed for the decades it would take to complete this behemoth masterpiece, if it is ever really and finally completed, that is. But this is because they can and because our betters said it is necessary and this is all we ignorant, unwashed peasants need to know. To say anything else would be as rude and uncouth as casting aspersions of corruption upon this paragon of wisdom and virtue, our dear leader, Mayor de Blasio and our world-famous super-competent, honest and corruption-free city government.(please clap)

Nothing can contradict the official narrative of higher leftist moral truths and progressive canon as any truths based on objective reality are mere conspiracy theories promulgated by naughty rightwing badthinkers even if backed up by facts. Queens, New York: "The World's Borough" A Balkanized Collection of Competing Colonies

The Powers that Be, Our Glorious Rulers, Those Wise and Benevolent Little Fathers, those great big warm hearted, cosmopolitan progressive liberals, ever generous to a fault with other people's money (never their own, oh no, dah-link) cuckishly call Queens, NY "the World's Borough".
Well, isn't that special!

Yes, The World's Borough, that belongs to the world, not the native population, not the Americans who live here. We're marginalized as "racists" and "white supremacists" if we dare to complain about the third worldification, the separate communities of composed of an ethnic group operating as virtual colonies that want nothing whatsoever to do with each other. Different ethnic groups that absolutely refuse to assimilate because the white liberal cucks that control the place absolutely refuse to insist on assimilation let alone to merely encourage it. Whatever happens here is strictly the fault of the native population.

But who would want to assimilate into such a flaccid, unctuous native culture that not only allows itself to be used as a toilet for any and all foreigners but spends all its time trashing itself. If a culture has no pride in itself, refuses to assert itself in its own homeland, then it deserves to be treated like a toilet or a nickle whore. So I do not blame any immigrant group for their behavior as they are acting as normal people do, treating such nauseating obsequiousness as multiculturalism and the "World's Borough" with the contempt it deserves.

I will say this however: If multiculturalism, this citizen of the world cosmopolitanism, were accepted the same all over the world, I would have no problem with it as long as everyone else in the world gives reciprocity in it. It would be nice. However, the world is as it is, not how fantasy or conceit would imagine it.

Because that's not how we human beings are. Like it or not, we evolved from social animals living in tribes and so tribalism is written into our DNA and hardwired into our brains. We on average naturally prefer the company of others that share their race, language culture and religion and as it is natural to us, there is nothing morally wrong with it. There are exceptions to this of course but these are a very small minority that does not change the general rule. We belong to our respective tribes or nations and no other and have not the ability to change this by will alone.

These immigrant groups would never in their own homeland tolerate foreigners refusing to assimilate, acting as if they should be accepted as "natives" just because they dropped their bags there, giving the foreigners the money and resources of their people. Nor would they accept foreigners being elected to public office in their own countries as they're not so stupid as not to realize the foreigner would pass legislation that would benefit the foreign people's interests to the detriment of their own people.

Outside of Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand, nobody else accepts this sort of nonsense. A people's country is their homeland and their governments look after the interests of its people at home and abroad as it should be.

So there is no multicultural nirvana of people from all over the globe coming together to mix and mingle forming only one race- the human race, happily singing kumbaya together here in this whimsically imaginary World's Borough.

The south Asian community is acting in the best interests of the south Asian people. It is highly doubtful the south Asian countries would give this in reciprocity to any Americans living there especially if it came out of the native people's own tax money. Nor would any self-respecting politician there rush over to symbolically give a photo-op fellatio to the Americans when convenient in residence in a sickening display of twats pandering for votes.

Once again, I cannot blame the south Asian community for supporting the interests of their own people because to do so is natural and normal. Blame lies squarely with the local Americans, the dysgenic, spiteful mutant  natives, who are weak and decadent enough to extol betraying their own people's interests, let alone to tolerate it without a murmur of dissent. Rather, they wear their decadence, weakness and cowardice as a badge of pride euphemistically called "tolerance".

So it would be good to ask why do local politicians insist on this obvious failure of the promises of multiculturalism, ignoring how the balkanized ethnic colonies that have atomized the people of Queens into competing sub-groups all the while braying about being the "World's Borough".

The answer is simple: Divide and conquer. A borough or an entire city for that matter divided and sub-divided into a vast and dizzying array of identity, ethnic and special interest groups all competing for influence in the halls of power and as much public money or resources as they can get is in the best interests of our ruling class.

So this mass of groups will never be able to unite against the city power structure as they have no common bond of community, history or culture and thus no common interest. Instead they will all behave like a bucket of crabs simply pulling each other down pursuing their own interests while the political and bureaucratic elite does as they please virtually without opposition. Welcome to Hotel Queens, the World's Borough that if it belongs to the world, it belongs really to nobody. Least of all the native people of Queens.

Waiting for The Real Progressive Liberals or Godot

It's a common complaint here in The People's Banana Empire of New York that city services suck, the cost of living grows ever higher, the trains are running worse and some categories of crime are rising. There are some local luminaries who deny the reasons why are not because we are a severely over-taxed, over regulated, balkanized, mutlicult empire run by demented progressive leftists who prize ideological purity and identity over competence. But, no, dear reader! It is that our current leadership is in fact not real progressive liberals. Yes, according to these our local pundit bloggers, the astounding wits they are, our Dear Leader, Bill de Blasio and his cadres are not in fact true, genuine, bonafide progressives but dastardly REBNY owned impostors! Impostors, frauds and imperfect implementation explains all of the past and present failures of progressivism and socialism. Not that mental giant proponents of it are delusional cargo cultists pushing a fatally flawed ideology.

Indeed, according to the mastermind proponents of the "muh real progressive liberal" cause had "muh real progressive liberals" been here, we would have achieved the promised Utopia of perfect equality in all things material, intellectual and spiritual. Choruses of Kumbaya would ring throughout the empire, white liberal "foodies" would squee like giddy school girls over the variety of wonderful ethnic foods and the trains would run on time too! For the white liberal, it would be the 1967 Summer of Love all over again but without the overdosed drug addicts and autistic hippies with weapons grade body odor, wallowing in feces and urine soaked mud. A perfect, permanent Burning Man festival without any of the downsides and in a consequence free environment. For the poorer ones- whites, non-whites and other odds and ends, it would be living in material wealth the same as the rich, white liberal, a higher status in society simply given as right and all the freestuff they can lay hands on but without having to earn any of it for themselves. Godot is more likely to arrive first.

So how do these protean geniuses of the "muh real progressive liberal" thing define a real progressive liberal? How will we know this prodigy when he appears to lead us to the Elysian fields of perfect liberalism? What the hell is perfect liberalism anyway? How will the real, legitimate, true progressive liberal accomplish all this? As I have asked the proponents in the comments sections several times, I have not received a coherent answer except that the real progressive liberal is real, and bears a resemblance to Santa Claus. And he's making a list and checking it twice and will prefect socialism at last unlike every other past, miserable failure throughout history.

But fear not, dear reader! For the precocious good liberals who truly believe in the Real Progressive Liberal Eminence coming like the Great Pumpkin are still hard at work. Building the runways in their backyards complete with cardboard boxes for the control tower and hangers so that the Great Progressive Liberal messiah shall take notice and will land there and lead us to paradise. New York City Fights Opioid Addiction Crisis By Giving Addicts Greater Access to Drugs

Of course the tone of the article is one of triumphalism and praise for our Glorious Leaders who in their olympian compassion and generosity have decreed that in order to fight opioid addiction, addicts will get access to even more drugs, safely under medical supervision, legally and most important of all, free. That is free for the recipients with the costs borne by the taxpayers, many of whom have trouble making ends meet in one of the highest cost of living cities in the U.S.. Progressive liberals are always great, big warm hearted altruists with other people's money and citizen, permanent resident or illegal alien makes no difference here. Don't fret about the morality of forced altruism in the name of a dubious cause. It's only money, folks.

However, there is in this permissive, even backhanded encouragement of narcotics use a peculiar contradiction from the progressive liberal's otherwise puritanically forbidding views on sugary drinks, fast foods, tobacco use and eating meat but when it comes to drug use, the scales fall from liberal eyes. Whereas liberals screech in outrage at the thought of the medical expenses of cigarette smokers which is only an increased statistical probability, the liberal spares no expense, paid for by others, for the certain expenses incurred by heroin users. Just as liberals can see some kind of difference between the inhaling of the smoke of burning tobacco as dangerous to one's health, wrong and evil but inhaling the smoke of burning marijuana has no ill effects on one's health, is benevolent, good and heartily encouraged. For progressive left, even comestibles may fall under the evil devil category or may be the nectar and ambrosia of their angels so in their twisted progressive world, this isn't a contradiction at all.

But assuaging the liberal's desperate need to be seen as the most wonderfully beneficent beings in the universe isn't all that's going on here. Sure, feeding the rank-and-file liberal's galactic scale egos is important but more important is the feeding of cash to crony capitalists and other politically connected middleman businesses. Pharmaceutical companies can look forward to increased sales of methadone and buprenorphine. Privately operated clinics, with friends in high places, employing doctors, nurses and other staff have a publicly funded jobs program and politically connected *insert name here* associates firms can get into the trough with ever more "studies" that must be conducted. All in the glorious name of "medically assisted treatment" of drug addiction by addicting narcotics users to other different drugs rather than helping them quit drug use altogether. A program name that will eventually be encouraged by our managerial betters to be adopted by undocumented pharmacists (street drug dealers and pushers) to legalize street narcotics sale as opioid treatment. Hair of the dog...

Let's not forget drug addicts, who can be seeded throughout the city in half-way houses, homeless shelters or whatever else, are voters too even if they are illegal aliens. Voters who will be most motivated and enthusiastic to vote for the benevolent little fathers and mothers of the Party of Infinite Goodness and Kindness known to lesser mortals as the Democrat party who shall in return ensure every drug addict gets his fix for free.

And here in the People's Banana Empire of New York, it is a magnificent victory over the opioid crisis, a triumph of utterly brilliant socialist central planning and social engineering. Forward comrades!
